- Good work out this morning. Very pleased with dips especially. 3x15 at end of the workout felt pretty comfortable even supersetted with DB reverse lunges.
- Very easy and sluggish Double Overpass loop. My glutes and hammies are on fire.
Follow me on my journey to get back into shape this summer. It will be full of pain and pleasure and hopefully I'll inspire a few others to chase a dream.
