Thursday 7/1

10am - Full Body Strength
  • Good work out this morning. Very pleased with dips especially. 3x15 at end of the workout felt pretty comfortable even supersetted with DB reverse lunges.
3pm - Run 4.57 miles very easy
  • Very easy and sluggish Double Overpass loop. My glutes and hammies are on fire.
